Can I customize my deck?
Yes! You can import your own
visual directly when ordering. The configurator guides you step-by-step
to create a unique deck, in your image.
Which scooters are your decks compatible with?
Our decks are not universal. Each
model is custom-made according to the scooter you select in
our shop: Dualtron, Nami, Xiaomi, Ninebot Segway, Yumee or Halo Knight.
What if I want a model that isn't in the shop?
No problem! You can request this
from the "Contact Us" page on our website (email, phone
or social media). We will respond quickly.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by debit/credit card,
PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are 100% secure.
How long will it take to receive my deck?
Allow 3 to 5 business days (manufacturing +
shipping). Each deck is produced to order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs are automatically adjusted
according to the destination.
How do I maintain my deck?
Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth to clean the surface. Avoid abrasive products to preserve the brilliance and durability of the visual.
Does the print last over time?
Yes, our prints are designed to last: they are resistant to shocks, heat and UV rays.
Can I return a deck?
Yes, but only for decks from our collections. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition, with its packaging. Customized decks (created with your own design) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the printed design does not match the one sent by the customer. Please contact us by email before any return, so that we can assess the request and tell you what to do.
